Ci siamo riconcessi la follia già sperimentata lo scorso anno. Abbiamo conteggiato le classifiche di fine anno di 32 tra riviste specializzate, ma anche generaliste, webzine, negozi di dischi virtuali e quant’altro tra i più importanti e significativi del pianeta. Liste americane, canadesi, italiane, francesi, britanniche, nordeuropee. Vivisezionato 1600 preferenze (50 per ogni fonte) e messo in ordine di voti (a parità di voti hanno prevalso i dischi con maggior quantità di nomination) più di 500 album inclusi nelle liste. Ecco cosa ne è uscito fuori.
